Peter's Shiraz
is a dark cherry red in colour and the nose has suggestions of ripe plum/boysenberry
and a touch of spice and pepper. The palate is accepting more than the nose promises, finishing with a little chocolate and a touch of spicy american oak.

Peter's Cabernet
has a colour which is deep red with a purple hue.The nose suggests minty cabernet fruit with a hint of
violets, with a whisper of lanolin oak. The palate is rich in fruit and is balanced beautifully with french oak.

Peter's Riesling
has all the characteristic expected from cool climate wines. The colour is pale straw and has a strong lemon-lime
aroma. The palate is intense showing all the good citrus qualities associated with the fruit.

Peter's Chardonnay
has a mid straw colour that seems to sparkle with pale gold hues.
The aroma has rockmelon, pineapple and citrus, and it comes easily out of the glass. The mouth feel is good and smooth on the tongue
which registers all the flavour associated with good chardonnay.
